Why should I care about how my website is doing?

We are living in the digital age with UberEats bringing us food to our doors and Amazon dropping off everything else we need. Sometimes it's hard to imagine why we would even need to go into a physical store. The pandemic has opened many people's eyes around the world, we realize that we can pretty much buy products and services from the safety of our homes.
